Do I need an additional license for multiple uses or print runs of the image I wish to purchase?
No you don't. Our simplified royalty-free licensing allows for unlimited print runs and image usage. To see our End User Licensing Agreement, please click here. 

Can I pay by credit card?
Yes.  We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and Paypal.  Credit Card payments are through Paypal to ensure your safety and security.  You do not need a Paypal account to use your credit card through the Paypal system.

Are there model releases for images with people in them?
Yes.  All of our images are properly model released.  You may purchase our images with confidence.

However we do offer editorial photography.  Unless otherwise indicated, images in this category are not model released.  They may be used for non-commercial uses only.  For instance a magazine or web non-commercial article would be completely acceptable.  Using an image to sell a product or service would obviously be forbidden.

What format are the photos in?
All Warmpicture photos are in JPG format stored at maximum quality.

Do you add images on a regular basis?
Yes. We add images as they are created. Click on "Newest Photos" to see the latest images that we have posted.

Do you offer refunds?
Once your purchase is made we can not offer a refund. The reason for this policy is because we offer full access to our entire digital collection of photos and, as such, there is no way for our products to be returned. On a rare occasion we will make exceptions on a case by case basis.

Are there any restrictions on my use of the Warmpicture photos that I download?
Yes. While Warmpicture offers great freedoms and a wide ranges of uses, we do not allow the redistribution of our photos, or allow the use of our photos within products that are mass distributed in any type of archive format.

Is account sharing allowed?

No, sharing an account is no different than distributing our materials to others. Individual accounts must be purchased by your friends and colleagues.

Can I use your images as part of my Facebook Timeline (ie Cover Photos)?

Yes, absolutely! The dimensions for Facebook Cover Photos are 851 pixels x 315 pixels. So you will want to download an image size which is at least 851 pixels wide. Then use your favorite image editing program, such as Photoshop or The Gimp, to resize and crop your image to 851 x 315. 

The dimensions for the Facebook Profile Picture are 160 pixels x 160 pixels. The Small size download from Warmpicture is more than adequate for a Facebook Profile Picture.

Can I become a Contributor?

Warmpicture is an invitation-only image licensing library. However we will review portfolios from photographers with ample experience and success in the stock image industry.
